Why I Do This

Hi, I'm Kathy Clancy. I started Tech Helpers because I got tired of watching smart people feel frustrated.

I meet brilliant seniors who raised families, built careers, and contributed to their communities for decades.

My dad, Dominic, was tech-savvy like me but after his smartphone updated, he suddenly felt lost.

That's not a you problem. That's a design problem.

AI is changing things again. I teach ChatGPT, Claude, and voice AI in plain English, in your home. And I help you spot the new scams that come with it.

Here's what I believe:

Technology should make your life easier, not harder
You deserve clear explanations, not eye rolls
Nobody should be left behind as AI changes everything
Consistency matters more than convenience
Everyone should feel confident with their devices
