I visit your community weekly—or we'll find a time that works.
If your senior living community has me on their schedule, I'm there the same day and time each week. If not, we'll arrange individual visits around your schedule.

Always. You're intelligent and capable. The technology is poorly designed. I explain things clearly because that's what you deserve.
What if you can't fix my problem?
Then I'm honest about it. But most of the time, what seems impossible to you is Tuesday afternoon for me. I have my own tech expert to lean on if I get stuck too. But we'll fix it and you'll understand why it broke.

Smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, hearing aids, thermostats—if it's digital and it's making your life harder, I work on it.
How do I know you won't mess something up?
I work carefully and always ask before making changes. Your photos, contacts, passwords, and files stay yours - I don't copy or take anything.
What if I need help after you leave?
You get written instructions that actually make sense. Plus I call the next day to make sure everything still works. Because my job isn't done until you feel confident.
Can you fix a problem over the phone?
Not yet. My work with you requires being there, seeing what you see, understanding how you use your devices. I will talk with you about your issue over the phone, but no fixes.
