What if you can't fix my problem?
Then I'm honest about it. But most of the time, what seems impossible to you is Tuesday afternoon for me. I have my own tech expert to lean on if I get stuck too. But we'll fix it and you'll understand why it broke.

How do I know you won't mess something up?
I work carefully and always ask before making changes. Your photos, contacts, passwords, and files stay yours - I don't copy or take anything.
What if I need help after you leave?
You get written instructions that actually make sense. Plus I call the next day to make sure everything still works. Because my job isn't done until you feel confident.
Can you fix a problem over the phone?
Not yet. My work with you requires being there, seeing what you see, understanding how you use your devices. I will talk with you about your issue over the phone, but no fixes.
