1. Terms of Service
Tech Helpers LLC provides scheduled, in-person tech support for seniors in Northeast Ohio. These services are designed to assist with common household technology needs, including TVs, smartphones, tablets, internet routers, and related devices.

Scope of Services:
One-on-one tech help during scheduled visits
Printed instructional guides or cheat sheets
No emergency or 24/7 support is offered
Client Consent:
By requesting service, you authorize Tech Helpers LLC to:

Access your device(s) with your direct supervision
Assist with settings, troubleshooting, or apps by your request only
We do not access your accounts or store passwords.

Limitation of Liability:
Tech Helpers LLC is not liable for:

Device damage, data loss, or software changes that occur during or after service
Malfunctions related to third-party services (e.g., Comcast, Apple, Google)
Results of client-authorized actions or setting changes
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. If necessary, they will be handled via mediation or arbitration in Summit County, Ohio.

 
2. Privacy & Data Policy
Tech Helpers LLC respects your privacy. We do not sell, share, or misuse your information.

What We Collect:
Name, phone number, and address (for scheduling)
Voicemail messages or service notes
We do not collect passwords, health information, or financial data.

How It’s Used:
To provide and schedule service
To improve customer support internally
What We Never Do:
Sell or share your information
Use it for advertising or promotions without consent
Security:
Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff. All device access is done with your knowledge and permission.
